In 2021, Lubert-Adler closed on a Joint Venture to build a 264-unit garden apartment in Orlando, FL known as Prose Stevens Pointe.

This Joint Venture was formed with a primary focus to construct low-basis, high quality suburban multifamily housing that allows for affordable rents across high growth markets in Texas and Southeastern United States

The site totals 10.9 acres in the St. Cloud submarket in south Orlando, and sits just 1.5 miles east of Florida’s Turnpike, 25 miles southeast of Disney World (28-minute drive) and 20 miles south of the Orlando International Airport (23-minute drive).

The property features a robust set of amenities, including a clubroom with a catering kitchen and entertainment lounge, fitness center, business center with dedicated co-working spaces, resort style pool, onsite dog park, courtyard, grilling area, and a parcel pending concierge package system.
