Ira M. Lubert is the Chairman and co-founder of Lubert Adler. He is also the co-founder of LLR Management HoldCo, Quaker Partners Management, LEM Capital, LBC Credit Partners, Patriot Financial Manager and Independence Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Lubert is also a member of Lubert-Adler’s Investment Committee.

Mr. Lubert has over forty years of experience in real estate and private equity. Prior to co-founding Lubert-Adler, Mr. Lubert co-founded several other businesses, including TL Ventures, within the family of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE), an early-stage venture fund; Radnor Venture Partners, L.P., the first venture fund managed by Safeguard Scientifics; and GF Management, a hotel ownership and management company.

Mr. Lubert is a 1973 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, with a major in Hotel Management. In 2006, Mr. Lubert was the recipient of The Distinguished Alumni Award, which is the highest honor presented by Penn State to an outstanding alumna or alumnus. In addition, Mr. Lubert is a past Chair and former member of the Board of Trustees of Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Lubert also serves on the Board of the National Constitution Center. He previously served on the Board of Directors of PREIT (NYSE: PEI), Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, the Franklin Institute, CompuCom Systems, Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE) and Sanchez Computer Associates. Mr. Lubert is also a past chairman of the United Way Campaign of Philadelphia and an active recruiter for the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way.

Ed Adler, Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer for Lubert Adler’s credit business, has over 35 years of experience investing in, structuring/restructuring debt instruments including commercial real estate loans, CMBS, CLOs/CDOs, repurchase agreements, corporate real estate facilities, non-performing loan portfolios (NPLs), and distressed debt across U.S and international markets. Prior to joining Lubert Adler, Mr. Adler founded Silver Eagle Advisory Group, a boutique restructuring and advisory business. During his career Mr. Adler ran multi-billion-dollar commercial real estate debt platforms at major Wall Street institutions in the US and Asia including Citigroup and Deutsche Bank and most recently founded Bentall GreenOak’s US debt platform. Over the past 4 credit cycles, Mr. Adler has led multiple teams and managed all elements of commercial real estate finance encompassing origination of new business, loan negotiation and structuring, loan syndications, risk management and regulatory compliance. Mr. Adler is widely respected as an industry expert and is a frequent speaker and press resource.

Mr. Adler graduated with honors from Union College with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Master’s in Real Estate Development Program and also sits on the Advisory Board of Academy Securities.

Mr. Adler serves on the board of Spark Youth NYC a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of New York City children by identifying and providing crucial funding and operational support to emerging innovative community-based organizations that assist underserved youth throughout New York City.

Ryan Burke is Controller at Lubert Adler, responsible for all financial reporting of the Lubert-Adler funds and management companies.

Prior to joining Lubert Adler, Mr. Burke was a Director in PwC’s Asset and Wealth Management group based out of Philadelphia.

Mr. Burke has 13 years of public accounting experience focusing on audits of SEC registered investment companies, private equity and venture capital funds, investment advisors, hedge funds, separate accounts, master-feeder funds, and fund of funds.

Mr. Burke graduated from Providence College with a B.S in Accounting and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA, member of the American Institute of CPAs, and a member of Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

Natanya DiBona is an Operations Manager at Lubert Adler. Ms. DiBona holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and Ed.M from Harvard University.

Corey Ernst is a Vice President at Lubert Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Ernst worked on the Portfolio and Asset Management teams at Resource REIT in Philadelphia. Mr. Ernst graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

BJ Glenn is a Vice President at Lubert Adler, responsible for capital formation, portfolio management, and investor relations, and has 13 years of real estate experience.

Before joining Lubert Adler, he was an Asset Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, an Associate at Brookfield Asset Management, and an Analyst at The Cordish Companies.

Mr. Glenn holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. from Lafayette College.

Drew Hoffman is an Associate at Lubert-Adler, responsible for assisting with portfolio and asset management.

Mr. Hoffman holds a B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.

Leonard M. Klehr is Vice Chairman of Lubert-Adler. He focuses his efforts on the acquisition of and investment in distressed real estate, distressed debt, work out solutions and problem loans. Mr. Klehr is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Klehr was a founding partner of the Philadelphia law firm, Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg, & Ellers, where he practiced law for thirty years. He concentrated his practice in bankruptcy, insolvency, and loan workouts on behalf of banks and financial institutions throughout the U.S. He had an active practice in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Mr. Klehr graduated from Franklin & Marshall College where he received a B.A. degree. He holds a J.D. degree from Temple University Law School, where he presently serves as a member of the Board of Visitors.

Mark S. Kripke is a Principal - Finance at Lubert Adler, responsible for special projects with the Chief Operating Officer (concerning such matters as reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, restructuring, and fund raising support & coordination) and is the compliance liaison with the Chief Compliance Officer concerning reporting under the Investment Advisors Act. Mr. Kripke is also a member of the Lubert Adler Asset Management Committee, the Valuation Committee and the Compliance Committee.

Mr. Kripke has combined public and private CFO real estate experience, exceeding 25 years and $4 billion transaction volume levels, in such areas as acquisitions, financing, dispositions, investment operational management, taxation and financial reporting.

As CFO of Stoltz Management, a private real estate company and fund sponsor, Mr. Kripke was involved in all financial aspects performing over $2.5 billion of capital transactions with institutional joint venture partners and in private equity funds.

As CFO of Brandywine Realty Trust, a NYSE REIT, Mr. Kripke coordinated seven equity offerings, managed relationships with a thirteen-member bank syndicate and ten public company stock analysts, while total market capitalization grew from $200 million to $2 billion.

Mr. Kripke is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, was a former Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse and was a magna cum laude graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Rob Morgan is a Managing Partner at Lubert-Adler, responsible for southeast acquisitions and asset management, and has 18 years of real estate experience.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Morgan worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Department of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he primarily worked on mergers & acquisitions and capital raises. Mr. Morgan holds a B.S., Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Vinod Paidipalli is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler, focusing on new acquisitions and asset management in the Atlanta office and has 22 years of experience in the real estate investment sector.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Paidipalli worked as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking Department of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he primarily worked on mergers & acquisitions and public offerings.

Mr. Paidipalli received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina.

Gerry Ronon is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler. Mr. Ronon is a member of Lubert-Adler's investment committee, asset management committee and regulatory compliance committee. He is responsible for originating and closing transactions, developing relationships with operating partners, fund and portfolio management, as well as day-to-day oversight of the administration of the firm.

Mr. Ronon has more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate investment sector, including more than a decade at Lubert-Adler. In between his current and a prior engagement with Lubert-Adler, Mr. Ronon was the Founder and Managing Partner of Cheswold Real Estate Investment Management.

Previously, Mr. Ronon was a principal at LaSalle Advisors and its predecessor, Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors; prior to that he was senior associate at Linpro/LCOR, a development firm. Mr. Ronon earned his A.B. from Princeton University.

Jane M. Smith is a Principal at Lubert-Adler, responsible for asset management and acquisitions in the Northeast. Ms. Smith is also a member of the Asset Management Committee.

Ms. Smith has 28 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Ms. Smith was a Director at The Rubin Organization and a Commercial Loan Officer in the real estate department at The First National Bank of Chicago.

Ms. Smith holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Real Estate, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Michael Trachtenberg is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management, and has 20 years of real estate experience.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Trachtenberg was an Analyst with Merrill Lynch's Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Trachtenberg graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

David Wolfson is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management.

Mr. Wolfson holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He graduated with a B.A. in History from Swarthmore College.
