ANdAZ Scottsdale

In 2014, Lubert-Adler closed on a Joint Venture to acquire the former Cottonwoods Resort, located on 23-acres in both Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Arizona.

The Joint Venture repositioned the Cottonwoods Resort into a 185-room, “elevated limited-service” ANdAZ hotel. The hotel maintains a differentiated room product in the form of stand-alone casitas, with private outdoor space.

Property amenities include a resort-style pool, four tennis courts, spa, fitness center, business center, 7,760 square feet of meeting facilities (3,380 square foot ballroom), restaurant, and 2 bars/lounges.
