Islander Islamorada

In 2021, Lubert-Adler closed on a Joint Venture to acquire the Islander Oceanfront Resort in the Florida Keys (Islamorada, FL).

The resort sits on a 24-acre site with 139-keys and 19k square feet of meeting space. Some of the resorts featured amenities includes numerous food & beverage venues, water sports, two pools, a fishing pier, outdoor beach games, and several additional on-site recreational activities.

The Property has undergone renovations and will be updated to include refreshed bungalow-style hotel rooms, new amenities, and the opportunity to expand and develop more ocean-facing rooms.
