DEAN ADLER

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dean S. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P., a real estate equity firm with over $7 billion in equity and $17 billion of assets under management. Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team.

Lubert-Adler invests on behalf of, among others, 30 major university endowments, state pension funds, and major foundations.

Prior to Lubert-Adler, Dean graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a J.D. degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was an instructor at the Wharton School between 1981 and 1983. Subsequently, he worked at Ernst & Young, Baker and Hostetler and CMS.

Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member and Research Sponsor for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School and formerly served on the board of directors of Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY). He has been a keynote speaker for national real estate organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Dean has served on numerous community boards and has served on the City of Philadelphia's Economic Development Summit.

Ira Lubert

Ira M. Lubert is the Chairman and co-founder of Lubert-Adler. He is also the co-founder of LLR Walnut, Quaker Partners, LEM Capital, LBC Credit Partners, Patriot Financial Partners and Independence Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Lubert is also a member of Lubert-Adler’s Investment Committee.

Mr. Lubert has over forty years of experience in real estate and private equity. Prior to co-founding Lubert-Adler, Mr. Lubert co-founded several other businesses, including TL Ventures, within the family of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE), an early-stage venture fund; Radnor Venture Partners, L.P., the first venture fund managed by Safeguard Scientifics; and GF Management, a hotel ownership and management company.

Mr. Lubert is a 1973 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, with a major in Hotel Management. In 2006, Mr. Lubert was the recipient of The Distinguished Alumni Award, which is the highest honor presented by Penn State to an outstanding alumna or alumnus.

Mr. Lubert also serves on the Board of the National Constitution Center, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Franklin Institute. He previously served on the Board of Directors of PREIT (NYSE: PEI), CompuCom Systems, Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE:SFE) and Sanchez Computer Associates. Mr. Lubert is also a past chairman of the United Way Campaign of Philadelphia and an active recruiter for the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way.

Will Adams

Will Adams is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Adams worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, an Atlanta-based investment bank, and The White Oak Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm. Mr. Adams holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate with Distinction from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Leonard Klehr

Leonard M. Klehr is Vice Chairman of Lubert-Adler. He focuses his efforts on the acquisition of and investment in distressed real estate, distressed debt, work out solutions and problem loans. Mr. Klehr is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Klehr was a founding partner of the Philadelphia law firm, Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg, & Ellers, where he practiced law for thirty years. He concentrated his practice in bankruptcy, insolvency, and loan workouts on behalf of banks and financial institutions throughout the U.S. He had an active practice in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Mr. Klehr graduated from Franklin & Marshall College where he received a B.A. degree. He holds a J.D. degree from Temple University Law School, where he presently serves as a member of the Board of Visitors.

Gerald A. Ronon

Gerry Ronon is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler. Mr. Ronon is a member of Lubert-Adler's investment committee, asset management committee and regulatory compliance committee. He is responsible for originating and closing transactions, developing relationships with operating partners, fund and portfolio management, as well as day-to-day oversight of the administration of the firm.

Mr. Ronon has more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate investment sector, including more than a decade at Lubert-Adler. In between his current and a prior engagement with Lubert-Adler, Mr. Ronon was the founder and Managing Partner of Cheswold Real Estate Investment Management.

Previously, Mr. Ronon was a principal at LaSalle Advisors and its predecessor, Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors; prior to that he was senior associate at Linpro/LCOR, a development firm. Mr. Ronon earned his A.B. from Princeton University.

Dan Nasser

Dan Nasser is a Managing Principal of Lubert-Adler and is responsible for acquisitions and the firm's disposition strategies.

Mr. Nasser has over twenty years of experience in the real estate investment sector. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Nasser was a Managing Director and Partner with Eastdil Realty. During his career, Mr. Nasser has been involved in numerous landmark projects and has been responsible for over $10 billion in real estate transactions.

Mr. Nasser holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Michigan and a B.A. degree from George Washington University.

Vinod Paidipalli

Vinod Paidipalli is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler, focusing on new acquisitions and asset management in the Atlanta office and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate investment sector.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Paidipalli worked as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking Department of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he primarily worked on mergers & acquisitions and public offerings.

Mr. Paidipalli received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina.

Michael Trachtenberg

Michael Trachtenberg is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Trachtenberg was an Analyst with Merrill Lynch's Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Trachtenberg graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Michelle Vaughn

Michelle Vaughn is the Chief Compliance Officer of Lubert-Adler, responsible for overseeing the firm's regulatory and compliance programs, including its Code of Ethics. Ms. Vaughn is also a member of the Compliance Committee.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Michelle was a regulatory consultant with Deloitte where she helped several private equity firms build and implement their internal compliance programs. Previously, Ms. Vaughn served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Capmark Investments, a multibillion dollar real estate investment adviser, where she was responsible for the implementation, integrity and on-going testing of the firm's global compliance program and investor reporting teams. Prior to Capmark, she held several regulatory and compliance positions at SEI Investment Company (SEIC).

Ms. Vaughn holds a BBA in Finance from Iowa State University and an MBA in International Business from The Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University.

R. Eric Emrich, CPA, CMA

R. Eric Emrich is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and also a Principal of Lubert-Adler, and is responsible for all finance, accounting and taxation for the firm. Mr. Emrich is also a member of the Compliance Committee.

Mr. Emrich has over thirty years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Emrich was Tax Director and Controller for the CMS Companies. He was also a Managing Partner for a SEC registered investment advisor in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In addition, Mr. Emrich spent twelve years in public accounting.

Mr. Emrich is a board member for the Philadelphia chapter of The Private Equity CFO Association, Co-Chairman of the tax committee of the National Association of Real Estate Companies (PEERSPAN) and is a member of the NVCA CFO Task Force. Mr. Emrich graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting and Economics. He also received his M.S. in Taxation from Widener University. He spent five years as an Adjunct Professor in the Drexel University Master of Taxation Program teaching Partnership Taxation.

Ryan Forry

Ryan Forry is Chief Operating Officer at Lubert-Adler, responsible for portfolio and asset management. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Forry was an accountant with CMS Companies. Mr. Forry graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting, Business Administration and Biology from Heidelberg College. Mr. Forry is also a member of the Asset Management Committee, Valuation Committee and Compliance Committee.

Corey Ernst

Corey Ernst is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Ernst worked on the Portfolio and Asset Management teams at Resource REIT in Philadelphia. Mr. Ernst graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Robert Glenn III

BJ Glenn is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for fund management and investor relations. Before joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Glenn was an Asset Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, an Associate at Brookfield Asset Management, and an Analyst at The Cordish Companies.

Mr. Glenn holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. from Lafayette College.

Michael P. Gray

Michael P. Gray is Executive Vice President responsible for Commercial Real Estate Development.

Mr. Gray brings over 14 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, national rollouts and investment sales. Throughout his career, Mr. Gray's work has covered every commercial real estate asset class from “High Street” retail to traditional grocery-anchored centers to emerging neighborhoods in various markets across the US. Mr. Gray has worked with local landlords, institutional landlords, PE firms and VC platforms, most of whom were in their respective growth phase.

Mr. Gray graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland.

Drew Hoffman

Drew Hoffman is an Associate at Lubert-Adler, responsible for assisting with acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Hoffman holds a B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.

Jessica Morgan

Jessica Morgan is a Principal at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Ms. Morgan worked on the Acquisitions team at SL Green Realty Corp. in Manhattan. Ms. Morgan graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark S. Kripke, CPA

Mark S. Kripke is a Principal - Finance at Lubert Adler, responsible for special projects with the Chief Operating Officer (concerning such matters as reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, restructuring, and fund raising support & coordination) and is the compliance liaison with the Chief Compliance Officer concerning reporting under the Investment Advisors Act. Mr. Kripke is also a member of the Lubert Adler Asset Management Committee, the Valuation Committee and the Compliance Committee.

Mr. Kripke has combined public and private CFO real estate experience, exceeding 25 years and $4 billion transaction volume levels, in such areas as acquisitions, financing, dispositions, investment operational management, taxation and financial reporting.

As CFO of Stoltz Management, a private real estate company and fund sponsor, Mr. Kripke was involved in all financial aspects performing over $2.5 billion of capital transactions with institutional joint venture partners and in private equity funds.

As CFO of Brandywine Realty Trust, a NYSE REIT, Mr. Kripke coordinated seven equity offerings, managed relationships with a thirteen member bank syndicate and ten public company stock analysts, while total market capitalization grew from $200 million to $2 billion.

Mr. Kripke is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, was a former Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse and was a magna cum laude graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Tien-Yueh B. Kubach

Tien-Yueh B. Kubach is a Principal at Lubert-Adler, responsible for leading their real estate development vertical. Ms. Kubach is a strategic real estate development specialist with more than 20 years of experience on multi-use developments including luxury hospitality, gaming and integrated resorts, multi-family, retail, and cultural institutions.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Ms. Kubach led the real estate development team on behalf of Las Vegas Sands in Singapore implementing a $6B real estate development and CapEx plan. Ms. Kubach also served as a Vice President of Technical Services at Tishman Realty & Construction where she was responsible for the development of Tishman owned and operated hotel assets.

Ms. Kubach holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Hotel Planning, Design and Construction.

Robert Morgan

Robert Morgan is a Managing Partner at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Morgan worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Department of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he primarily worked on mergers & acquisitions and capital raises. Mr. Morgan holds a B.S., Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jay Slovin

Jay Slovin is a Senior Vice President at Lubert-Adler, and has responsibilities in both asset management and sourcing/underwriting of new acquisitions.

Mr. Slovin has over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate investment sector with specific expertise in Hospitality, Multi-family, Office/Industrial, Retail, and Senior Housing. During his tenure at Lubert Adler, Mr. Slovin has successfully completed in excess of $1.7B in combined acquisitions, sales, and refinancing of assets. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Slovin worked as Acquisitions Manager for Brandywine Realty Trust acting as lead on purchases in excess of $600 million. In addition, Mr. Slovin held the position of Manager of Investments for Bell Atlantic Properties.

Mr. Slovin holds both a B.S. in Accounting and a M.B.A. from Rider University.

Jane M. Smith

Jane M. Smith is a Principal at Lubert-Adler, responsible for asset management and acquisitions in the Northeast. Ms. Smith is also a member of the Asset Management Committee.

Ms. Smith has over 20 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Ms. Smith was a Director at The Rubin Organization and a Commercial Loan Officer in the real estate department at The First National Bank of Chicago.

Ms. Smith holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Real Estate, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Dinara Soumis

Dinara Soumis is a Senior Associate at Lubert-Adler, responsible for portfolio and asset management. Prior to her work as a Senior Associate, Ms. Soumis was a Fund Accountant for Lubert-Adler. Ms. Soumis holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University and a B.S., M.S. in Economics and Management from Udmurt State University in Izhevsk, Russia.

Jamie Winchester

Jamie Winchester is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Winchester worked in the Transaction Advisory group at EY in New York and with MetLife Real Estate in Washington, D.C. Mr. Winchester graduated with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and a minor in Economics from the University of Virginia. He holds an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.

David Wolfson

David Wolfson is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Wolfson holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He graduated with a B.A. in History from Swarthmore College.

Elliot Albert

Elliot Albert is a Vice President at Lubert-Adler, responsible for new acquisitions, investments and corporate development for the firm’s residential and mixed-used strategies. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Albert was the Director of Real Estate Investments at Domio. Before that, Mr. Albert spent 5 ½ years on the Investment Management team at Colony Capital and predecessor NorthStar Realty Finance Corp investing across a broad range of property types and debt & equity structures.

Mr. Albert graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Sara Adler

Sara Adler is a Senior Associate at Lubert-Adler, responsible for asset management and development. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Ms. Adler was an Associate at Workplace Hospitality Management and an Analyst at WeWork.

Ms. Adler holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, with a concentration in Real Estate, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
