Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dean S. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder
of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P., a real estate equity firm with over $7 billion
in equity and $17 billion of assets under management. Dean is Head of the
Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction
of the team.
Lubert-Adler invests on behalf of, among others, 30 major university
endowments, state pension funds, and major foundations.
Prior to Lubert-Adler, Dean graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a J.D. degree with
honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was an instructor
at the Wharton School between 1981 and 1983. Subsequently, he worked
at Ernst & Young, Baker and Hostetler and CMS.
Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member and Research Sponsor for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School and formerly served on the board of directors of Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY).
He has been a keynote speaker for national real estate organizations such as
the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Ira M. Lubert is the Chairman and co-founder of Lubert-Adler. He is also the co-founder of LLR Walnut, Quaker Partners, LEM Capital, LBC Credit Partners, Patriot Financial Partners and Independence Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Lubert is also a member of Lubert-Adler’s Investment Committee.
Mr. Lubert has over forty years of experience in real estate and private equity. Prior to co-founding Lubert-Adler, Mr. Lubert co-founded several other businesses, including TL Ventures, within the family of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE), an early-stage venture fund; Radnor Venture Partners, L.P., the first venture fund managed by Safeguard Scientifics; and GF Management, a hotel ownership and management company.
Mr. Lubert is a 1973 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, with a major in Hotel Management. In 2006, Mr. Lubert was the recipient of The Distinguished Alumni Award, which is the highest honor presented by Penn State to an outstanding alumna or alumnus.
Mr. Lubert also serves on the Board of the National Constitution Center, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Franklin Institute. He previously served on the Board of Directors of PREIT (NYSE: PEI), CompuCom Systems, Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE:SFE) and Sanchez Computer Associates. Mr. Lubert is also a past chairman of the United Way Campaign of Philadelphia and an active recruiter for the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way.

Leonard M. Klehr is Vice Chairman of Lubert-Adler. He focuses his efforts on the acquisition of and investment in distressed real estate, distressed debt, work out solutions and problem loans. Mr. Klehr is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Klehr was a founding partner of the Philadelphia law firm, Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg, & Ellers, where he practiced law for thirty years. He concentrated his practice in bankruptcy, insolvency, and loan workouts on behalf of banks and financial institutions throughout the U.S. He had an active practice in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Gerry Ronon is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler. Mr. Ronon is a member of Lubert-Adler's investment committee, asset management committee and regulatory compliance committee. He is responsible for originating and closing transactions, developing relationships with operating partners, fund and portfolio management, as well as day-to-day oversight of the administration of the firm.
Mr. Ronon has more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate investment sector, including more than a decade at Lubert-Adler. In between his current and a prior engagement with Lubert-Adler, Mr. Ronon was the founder and Managing Partner of Cheswold Real Estate Investment Management.
Previously, Mr. Ronon was a principal at LaSalle Advisors and its predecessor, Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors; prior to that he was senior associate at Linpro/LCOR, a development firm. Mr. Ronon earned his A.B. from Princeton University.

Michelle Vaughn is the Chief Compliance Officer of Lubert-Adler, responsible for overseeing the firm's regulatory and compliance programs, including its Code of Ethics. Ms. Vaughn is also a member of the Compliance Committee.
Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Michelle was a regulatory consultant with Deloitte where she helped several private equity firms build and implement their internal compliance programs. Previously, Ms. Vaughn served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Capmark Investments, a multibillion dollar real estate investment adviser, where she was responsible for the implementation, integrity and on-going testing of the firm's global compliance program and investor reporting teams. Prior to Capmark, she held several regulatory and compliance positions at SEI Investment Company (SEIC).

R. Eric Emrich is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and also a Principal of Lubert-Adler, and is responsible for all finance, accounting and taxation for the firm. Mr. Emrich is also a member of the Compliance Committee.
Mr. Emrich has over thirty years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Emrich was Tax Director and Controller for the CMS Companies. He was also a Managing Partner for a SEC registered investment advisor in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In addition, Mr. Emrich spent twelve years in public accounting.
Mr. Emrich is a board member for the Philadelphia chapter of The Private Equity CFO Association, Co-Chairman of the tax committee of the National Association of Real Estate Companies (PEERSPAN) and is a member of the NVCA CFO Task Force. As CFO of Stoltz Management, a private real estate company and fund sponsor, Mr. Kripke was involved in all financial aspects performing over $2.5 billion of capital transactions with institutional joint venture partners and in private equity funds.
As CFO of Brandywine Realty Trust, a NYSE REIT, Mr. Kripke coordinated seven equity offerings, managed relationships with a thirteen member bank syndicate and ten public company stock analysts, while total market capitalization grew from $200 million to $2 billion.

Ms. Kubach is a strategic real estate development specialist with more than 20 years of experience on multi-use developments including luxury hospitality, gaming and integrated resorts, multi-family, retail, and cultural institutions.
Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Ms. Kubach led the real estate development team on behalf of Las Vegas Sands in Singapore implementing a $6B real estate development and CapEx plan. Ms. Kubach also served as a Vice President of Technical Services at Tishman Realty & Construction where she was responsible for the development of Tishman owned and operated hotel assets.
