James Riordan

Principal

James M. Riordan is a Principal of Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and operational oversight of the firm's investments in the greater Mid-Atlantic region, and specializing in multi-family and for-sale housing, land, office, industrial and marine properties.

Mr. Riordan has twenty-five years of experience in the real estate investment sector. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Riordan was a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager with LaSalle Investment Management (formerly Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors). Previously, Mr. Riordan was a limited partner with the Linpro Company / LCOR, and treasury officer in the fixed income capital markets groups of both Chemical Bank and L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin.

Mr. Riordan holds a B.A. degree from Hamilton College.
